The lights were off, the complaint only said yes, the two receptionists were not friendly, the bathroom water was very slow, the bathroom handle was dislodged, it was really annoying staying here.

Kamarnya pengap, handuknya kotor, kamar mandinya jorok, pelayanannya kurang ramah dan 1 lagi, kalau mau check out suruh bawa remot AC dan remot TV ke resepsionisnya. Note: kamar yang sudah dipesan tidak bisa refund. Saya booking untuk 5 hari tapi tidak saya tempati karena tidak nyaman.
