Louis Kienne Hotel Pandanaran

Strategic hotel close to Semarang souvenirs, clean hotel, we will definitely come back again.

This hotel has many floors, more than 11, but the lift seems to be operated in 1 continuous and 1 standby operated systems. This condition leads to the longer waiting time.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is also big, but the bed is very unusable, the middle part has collapsed, and it really hurts the waist, sleep is also very disturbed. Hot water cannot be adjusted with the handle, for some reason,. Thx u

The service is quite good and happy to stay here. For food, please add more variety

The staff is friendly and helpful, the check in and out process is fast, close to everywhere, the parking lot is spacious. Got a room on the 21st floor, the room is spacious, unfortunately the elevator was only turned on 1, so it took 15-20 minutes each time I wanted to go up and down and the conditions were crowded like last weekend.

The first time I went to Semarang, I really enjoyed staying at Louise Kienne. We got a room with a great view. The location is strategic, close to the mall and Semarang's legendary culinary scene. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu is not very varied. Next time I go to Semarang, God willing, I will come back here again.

Friendly & very helpful hotel staff. Just need to be aware of the lift facilities which are only 2 and often problematic. Especially in the morning. Hopefully in the future it will be better.

It's nice hotel to stay during visiting Semarang city, but the hotel management need to improve for the lift facility since big hotel but only have 2 lifts which often get the problems. So guests need tonwait long time to either going up or down.

There is no doubt about Louis Kienne's service, spacious room, clean toilet, clean carpet, fortunately we got a view of the Youth Monument, a complete package.

Breakfast: the taste and variety of the menu is lacking, the juice drinks are watery.

This hotel is one of the main choices when going to Semarang, the location is premium, the staff are friendly and helpful.

arrive at reception around 10.50am Me: good morning, already booked... Reception: can't check in yet Me (in my heart): (eh) 🫨 (why didn't you say good morning first, didn't ask who) Me: yes, so what? *in the softest tone possible, waiting to be greeted properly Reception: our check-in time only starts at 1pm Me (in my heart): *it's no use waiting, this person doesn't realize that he's not following normal etiquette as a receptionist. I don't mind not being able to check in yet, I understand having to wait. I was just surprised that there was no good morning/afternoon greeting from a hotel receptionist, and how she was so focused on the information that I couldn't check in yet, like being rude and throwing out customers because they tried to break the rules (even though they didn't). It's like it's not just a hotel. Moreover, this is in Central Java, it's really surprising. 1. Apart from the receptionist who did not understand the manners above, the other receptionists were kind and normal 2. The floor and carpet of the elevator were very dirty, not only stains but also dust and a few crumbs, as if it had not been vacuumed/washed for years. It felt like riding a freight elevator. Even though it was very easy to just vacuum to deal with visible dirt (removing stains is another story). I didn't remember to take a photo because I felt it was rude and so uncomfortable standing in the elevator. 3. Breakfast was not very varied and the taste was so-so 4. The room was ok, the mattress was ok. But the corners of the furniture, the place to open the suitcase, were dusty in the corners and very visible. Once again, I didn't take a photo because I felt it was rude. Overall, it was not worth the price, the cleanliness level and the feel you get were like staying in a 3-star hotel for 300 thousand rupiahs even though the room price was 880 net.

Consider providing an extra bed. Because a small family of 5 or more sometimes needs 1 room.

Dirty Water Kettle (Not Washed)

The staff is helpful but there are some things in the room that reduce comfort such as dusty carpets, stained linen, faded and torn colors that are still in use, small towels that smell bad.

The breakfast menu is not varied.

Very comfort bed. Located near Juwana bandeng shop. Just 5 minutes drive to simpang lima.

The bedroom and bathroom are not soundproof so it is very disturbing to comfort.

The hot water works well, the foods are delicious, the room is clean and spacious, the rooftop swimming pool is nice and clean despite it is not so deep and wide. The only bad thing I noticed is the WiFi connection. It was horribly slow.
