Went to this hotel for transit before we go to Bali. Our room was upgraded for free, and the room was clean and pretty big. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good & assorted cake was delicious! Definetely would stay here again.

Thanks for upgrading my room from junior suite to be royal suite, the room is so comfy. The receptionist was so helpful to let me doing early check in since we reach Banyuwangi earlier than expected. The restaurant has great outdoor ambients.

maybe when setting up tea coffee in the room, check first, whether the creamer or coffee is not lumpy. because I happened to get coffee and creamer that were already lumpy. hehhee..

My Pajero car is having trouble, it is risky if it is run, the head of security does not allow my car to park next to the hotel lobby even though it is very spacious, there is no tolerance. Even though tomorrow morning the technician will pick up the car. Yes, bad management, no understanding. Disappointing.

Need stair to get to the room, no lift and staff less friendly. Breakfast meals very low standard choices are very middle down class, sorry to say I'm expecting better than what you served. Will not stay on this hotel again.

The staff was not accomodating, gave me lowest floor instead top floor that I requested. Wifi was sucked and my internet signal lost inside room. Br3akf4st taste just so so. There was baby c*h running away in food table. Then I call waitress to show it and she chase it away by napkin. When I Checked out, staff didn't respect to me and asked me to waiting 5 minutes for room checking, but there is no confirmation almost 10 minutes waiting that I can leave. Till I go to receptionist desk to re-ask. Meanwhile my friend was stayed in another room also got problem with ac, ask for to change the room but refuse it. Sound of people in outside or beside his room was very noisy. Not recomended. And would be last options of hotel choices in banyuwangi

The room smells of mold, damp, uncomfortable to sleep, I can't breathe, even though it used to be good, the toilet smells pungent, the price is more than 500, I feel more comfortable with the air in the lobby than in the room, for the last time here I regret it, the air in the room is really stuffy, it smells of mold and damp, I really can't stand it, I intended to rest because I had just had a long trip but I couldn't stand it, 😭 maybe the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, if the receptionist is friendly and polite.

For superior rooms: 1. The room is dusty from the curtains and bed decorations which collect dust. 2. Dirty bed sheets with yellow spots need to be replaced. 3. The water in the bathroom shower needs rejuvenation everywhere. 4. Japanese food doesn't suit the taste, it's better to just replace the food. Positive: 1. Stayed 1 night because it was newly renovated, when I entered the room it was very damp. Ask for a solution to offer a fragrance spray or room upgrade at an additional cost. It didn't take long before I was offered to see another free room on the 3rd floor 302 next to the elevator. The rooms are usually ugly, the walls are dirty, the bathroom doesn't have a divider between the shower and the sink, it's scary to be electrocuted by water splashing onto the hairdryer plug, the sink support is rusty when you defecate, it looks disgusting. There's only 1 light in the room, so if you want to sleep, you have to be completely dark. But instead of having a damp room, we'll move there so we won't be staying at Luminor again in the future. Breakfast cakes have many variations, for others only B.
