The bathroom is not fragrant, it smells a bit musty. The waiters in the restaurant are not very agile, they see guests bringing food, but instead of helping to open the door, they just look at it, even though they are not doing anything.

Hotel Luwansa The service is very friendly, affordable prices, clean and quiet rooms, for Wedding Photoshoot there is no additional charge at all even in the Lobby for guests is also Comfortable, different from other places that have many Rules. Clean, friendly staff, CI doesn't require a deposit, fast process, cold AC, good hot water, clean floor (not slippery, not sticky, not dusty), great equipment (shower cap, cotton buds, toothbrush, towel, sandals, laundry bag, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, 2 types of mineral water).
