The light above the curtain was off and not replaced. The room cleaning was not optimal, the blanket was not arranged as before being used, and there were dirty dishes but they were not replaced or cleaned.

Previously annoyed because staying here smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts under the mattress and brought small children, but yesterday was forced to stay here because I wanted to have an MCU at the hospital across the street. Praise God this time the request was fulfilled without the smell of cigarettes, only the request for a twin bed was still not realized. It seems that all Front desks of 3-star hotels and below always don't pay attention to customer requests. If you want something that suits you, you are always asked to upgrade the room. not read in the note apps.
