Got a room near the rooms that were being renovated, we got one that had not been renovated, the condition of the room was bad, the bathroom door was stiff and could not be locked, the shower gel holder was loose, there was no shampoo, the bad cover was shabby, the trash can was dirty, the renovation was noisy, the hallway was very dusty, a room like this should not be worth selling, a room priced at 580 to this? Disappointed, right?

Really regret choosing this hotel. So far I have often stayed in various hotels, if I bring my own skincare & toiletries I always put them in the hotel bathroom & it's safe even though I leave it to be cleaned. This is the first time I have had the experience of my toiletries & skincare being used by the staff who clean the room. I realized because there were some of my products that had only been used once, it turned out that only half was left when I returned to the hotel after the room was cleaned. In addition, it was obvious from the product cap that was broken when I opened it, it seemed that the employee did not understand how to use it so he forced it open to drain the contents of the product. For those who want to stay here, it is advisable to keep it in your bag. For hotel management, please improve the quality of the employees.
