Comfy and super clean! The staff also kind, the ambience of the hotel also great but please increase your safety and privacy cause I saw lot of people come and go easily to the hotel and I'm sure they're not the visitors. overall is great.

all inn are all satisfactory if I go to Bengkulu again, I will stay here again, keep up the quality. A little suggestion of tightness in the room is a bit lacking.

the bathroom flooded into the room, the variety of breakfast menus like Mercure is very lacking, the TV remote doesn't work, only 1 slipper, there is no laundry bag and the spray is not a king bed spray, use a twin bed with 3 layers because there are many stains. The staff on the phone asked to deliver the goods very slowly, waiting for up to 2 hours.

We came to bengkulu for a national event. The hotel was full booked. Breakfast time was crowded and the staff was slow in preparing and refilling meals, including fruits. The hotel should be prepared with such kind of events.
