Comfy and super clean! The staff also kind, the ambience of the hotel also great but please increase your safety and privacy cause I saw lot of people come and go easily to the hotel and I'm sure they're not the visitors. overall is great.

Got a connecting room with drunk people next door, and it was very noisy until morning. I reported it to the security guard, the response was very good but no firm action was taken even though there were more than 2 people in the next room. As a result, I couldn't rest until morning, I woke up feeling feverish.

The check-in process was quite long and took a long time, maybe because it was a holiday, the swimming pool was super crowded because it was still too small, the food still lacked variety, it would be better if Bengkulu regional food was served, so far it's quite comfortable.

Room 836 The bathroom leaks, the water that falls smells unbearable, the bathroom smells really bad, and the glass is dirty and not cleaned. It has been conveyed to the receptionist, there was no response and no apology for the discomfort during the stay.

This is my first time staying here, I just realized there were no towels after I called and they delivered them and had to wait, and did I really not get toothpaste? I only got a pair of sandals. Ouch.

The staff is not friendly and responsive, my room leaked, I left it for a while to eat out, it leaked under the mattress. When I was swimming, I was stared at like that. And the way he reprimanded me was rude, even though the interior of the room was very nice. Too bad the service is lacking. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly.

I booked a double superior room and the receptionist said that the superior rooms are the only ones that smell of cigarettes, so because I brought a child I had to move to a room below that had twin beds, so if the room I booked should have no reason to smell of cigarettes.

Just a suggestion. The stay was okay. But there was something a bit disturbing when we got out of the room. Right in the hallway there was a pungent smell like the smell of human waste. And the smell of cigarette smoke was quite strong.
