Comfy and super clean! The staff also kind, the ambience of the hotel also great but please increase your safety and privacy cause I saw lot of people come and go easily to the hotel and I'm sure they're not the visitors. overall is great.

1.) We took 2 rooms, one of the rooms checked in 2 hours late because the hotel was not ready, maybe because of the Eid atmosphere so that the employees who came in were not as usual. 2.) The bathroom smelled and was asked to be cleaned several times, only given a deodorizer and it still smelled. 3.) The bathroom water went to the room area because the floor was flat, the room and bathroom were flat. 4.) When entering, the blanket was not clean, there was a large blood stain that had not disappeared.

The room is not soundproof, the smell of CIGARETTE FROM THE HALLWAY until the room smells pungent. I happened to get a smoking room and at dawn there were people screaming not far from the room. It was disturbing and the price of the room was 800++ but it turned out to be very bad. First time here and was really shocked I couldn't sleep. The sound from outside, even people walking, could be heard. At least add more air freshener or vacuum the room. It is indeed a smoking room but this is terrible. Toothbrushes have to be asked for before being given.

The room took a very long time to be available at check-in time (14:00). This has been the second time I have experienced a delay like this. I had to wait up to 60 minutes since my arrival, even though it was check-in time but the room was not ready. Besides, I also booked via the application, not just booked at the hotel. So the room should have been ready immediately at check-in time. It's different if you just book at the hotel, then the room may not be ready. Please pay more attention to this, it's a shame if guests come from far away and need time to rest immediately. Thank you.
