Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? Show these pictures to your lovely Front Office with a nice attitude and smile. Thank me later!😁

Comfort and Clean Hotel. Excellent service though we can not celebrate New Year Eve outside. There is a lady from the hotel who sent us balloon and chocolate. They also provide healthy breakfast. They took the food or drink and put on our plate. Unfortunately they have no basement for parking but don't worry the security guard keep car safety.

The hotel is located near Sabang street which make you able to see many kind of food street from several different area in Indonesia. The hotel room is cozy, I like the facility inside the room, very modern and make me wanted to back again to this hotel

The service is really good. Booked at this hotel for a wedding anniversary, and the bathroom was decorated with anniversary-themed writing, and didn't expect to be given a cake from the hotel restaurant which was really delicious.

The staff is friendly and responsive. I brought a 3 year old child, during the check in process he was given a coloring book, he was very happy. The location is close to Monas, the CFD is also really good, looking for food is really close to Jalan Sabang. That's really okay. Walking around there is also really nice, it feels like you're not in Jakarta. The provillage room is spacious, my child is very happy. It's just that he didn't want to swim because the water was too cold, maybe because it had rained.

Very nice hotel had appointment at us embassy but one problem was hotel worker open door to put in towel but never knocked just about walk in me and my wife laying in bed watching TV luckily nothing was going on anyway contact front desk explain what happened manager was nice and gave apologies to us. Later we ordered in room dinner instead of knocking they called on phone said please open door the worker was afraid to knock on door.

Came here because I had an appointment at the US Embassy. Easy access and close to the US embassy. At night there are also lots of culinary delights around. Transportation is also easy. Anyway OK whap here.

Parking is chaotic. Old staff performance. The room AC was broken, I called a technician twice to check it, then just left. The power went out several times, he said there was a problem with the card. Parking is not free. Never ever going back to this hotel.

How many times have you stayed here but on business? To bring a new family for the first time. As usual everything is satisfactory, it's just that the last 2 nights staying here the choice of food was not as much as usual.

It was very satisfying to stay at the Mercure Jakarta Sabang hotel. The location is very strategic, close to everywhere. If you want to go to Monas, just walk. If you want to hunt for typical culinary delights along Sabang Street, just walk.
