This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

100/10 for this hotel, in terms of facilities and services, it's really top, the room is spacious and clean, amenities are complete, lots of plugs, borrowing an iron is delivered with an ironing board, just a little trouble with the spray in the toilet that doesn't fit, but it's okay, all the staff are friendly from the security guard, bellboy, receptionist and restaurant staff, for the restaurant there is an additional fee of 94 thousand for children aged 6-10 years but it's really worth it for the very varied menu and with all the delicious flavors, even though I can't try all of them, there are also swimming pools with various sizes with views that are masyaAllah, basically I'm really satisfied with my vacation with the kids here, the hotel is highly recommended ❤️

At first from the outside and lobby it feels like an old hotel atmosphere with old-fashioned furniture, but when you enter the room everything is modern especially the bathroom. The swimming pool and gym facilities are also good. The swimming pool has two areas, an infinity pool and a semi-indoor one. The food is also very varied and all delicious. The price is also okay during the long weekend, so it's perfect for just a staycation here.

Hotel was nice. Room is gery large with desk, sofa. Bathroom got separate shower n bathtub. Towel is clean. AC is cold. Breakfast is so many variations of food we can choose. It was nice staying here. Will return again next time...

Sorry, I'm disappointed because when I turned off the AC at night, the mosquitoes came out and bit my child until there were lots of bumps on his body. In addition, the TV remote was also very difficult to press so I couldn't change channels. Then the bathroom scale in the room was also dead. And finally, I actually left something behind but the hotel did not contact me at all about the item I left behind.

I chose a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke :( finally I went out for 30 minutes to be diffused.
Brought a vehicle, but the staff did not inform me to register the vehicle, so when I left, the payment was quite expensive, so I went back to register the vehicle so I could get free parking :(
The sauna was not working, as if it had never been used, so the room smelled musty.
But the food was delicious, especially the siomay and sushi were chaotic, very delicious.

The bed sheets was dirty, there was a dry blood stain on my bed. The phone in my room didnt work. It was very LOUD above my room at night, very disturbing meanwhile I’ve had 5 months baby with me. But the food for breakfast was good.
