A 5-star hotel with a pocket-friendly price. Check-in and check-out were super easy, all the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool area was spacious, there was a gym, the breakfast menu was varied, and the taste was great. I was very satisfied with this hotel, to the point where I didn't want to go home, haha. InsyaAllah I will come back here again. Thank you.

The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is clean, there is a bath up, it's really nice, it's recommended, top notch, old style, I ordered the Tiffany Suites, it's comfortable for resting and soaking in the beautiful bath

All good except the plugs were not working well. I guess the hotel need to upgrade the cables.
The elevators also took longer than expected. Overall very comfortable

It was very pleasant and satisfying, especially with the connecting door so the 2 rooms with the family were always connected, but one of them asked for a baby bed, the staff said to wait a moment but it wasn't available until I went home, I stayed for 3 nights.

At first, we were a little disappointed because we booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room because all the rooms were fully booked. The receptionist said that if you want to be sprayed you have to wait 30 minutes, but my mother already had to rest. We checked in around 4:00 PM. Luckily, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was not too strong. The service was very good, the facilities were also complete. Some of the breakfast food was not bold enough with spices, which was a shame. But the completeness was cool, the menu was varied and there were many choices. For cleanliness, maybe before guests arrive, the carpet should be vacuumed first because I am allergic to dust and when I got home now I was coughing. But overall it was good. This is my 2nd staycation here. It turns out the room was upgraded for free from the Tiffany suite we booked to the Prada suite, I was very happy, the room is bigger with a 4-seater dining table, a large 2-seater sofa, a slightly larger bathtub than the Tiffany/executive suite type. Only the TV size is not appropriate for the size of the room. All staff from the receptionist, room service, restaurant are friendly and helpful. Try the all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner at the pool charge 210k/pax, the taste is just ordinary for the grill a bit burnt, and not too many choices. But it is quite complete there is an appetizer menu, and dessert too. For breakfast, it is very satisfying, lots of choices, local and international menus. and the taste is all delicious. Will stay here again next time.

The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is clean, there is a bath up, it's really nice, it's recommended, top notch, old style, I ordered the Tiffany Suites, it's comfortable for resting and soaking in the beautiful bath

All good except the plugs were not working well. I guess the hotel need to upgrade the cables.
The elevators also took longer than expected. Overall very comfortable
The services from receptionist concierge & bellboy were excellent.

It was very pleasant and satisfying, especially with the connecting door so the 2 rooms with the family were always connected, but one of them asked for a baby bed, the staff said to wait a moment but it wasn't available until I went home, I stayed for 3 nights.

A 5-star hotel with a pocket-friendly price. Check-in and check-out were super easy, all the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool area was spacious, there was a gym, the breakfast menu was varied, and the taste was great. I was very satisfied with this hotel, to the point where I didn't want to go home, haha. InsyaAllah I will come back here again. Thank you.

At first, we were a little disappointed because we booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room because all the rooms were fully booked. The receptionist said that if you want to be sprayed you have to wait 30 minutes, but my mother already had to rest. We checked in around 4:00 PM. Luckily, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was not too strong. The service was very good, the facilities were also complete. Some of the breakfast food was not bold enough with spices, which was a shame. But the completeness was cool, the menu was varied and there were many choices. For cleanliness, maybe before guests arrive, the carpet should be vacuumed first because I am allergic to dust and when I got home now I was coughing. But overall it was good. This is my 2nd staycation here. It turns out the room was upgraded for free from the Tiffany suite we booked to the Prada suite, I was very happy, the room is bigger with a 4-seater dining table, a large 2-seater sofa, a slightly larger bathtub than the Tiffany/executive suite type. Only the TV size is not appropriate for the size of the room. All staff from the receptionist, room service, restaurant are friendly and helpful. Try the all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner at the pool charge 210k/pax, the taste is just ordinary for the grill a bit burnt, and not too many choices. But it is quite complete there is an appetizer menu, and dessert too. For breakfast, it is very satisfying, lots of choices, local and international menus. and the taste is all delicious. Will stay here again next time.
