It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Because the mattress was not returned and even though the trash had been put in a plastic bag and placed next to the trash bin, we were fined 110,000. We really had to clean it up, we had already paid. I was not satisfied.

Stayed in room 1016. The room looked clean at first. But if you check it carefully. There is a lot of dust and trash under the sofa, bed and refrigerator. No wonder the smell of dust is very strong in the room. The shower also leaked, the shower area drainage hole had no cover. In the room and guest room there is AC and TV in different rooms but only 1 remote is provided for the 2 rooms. The furniture is also old-fashioned. From the hotel's operations, it looks like there is a serious management problem. Like a hotel waiting for the time to go bankrupt/close. The receptionist played the trick "there are food stains on the bedsheet, so they get a penalty of 150 thousand". Luckily they didn't accept it, they checked together. It turned out that the stains were already there (luckily when they entered they had time to make a video of the room and bed, so there is evidence). Previously, there was a foreign guest who was hit, he paid 150 thousand but was not given a receipt. Hopefully the fate of this hotel will be good in the future. At a price of 675 thousand per night, it seems relatively cheap, but it's not worth it.

I was at night, for some reason the sandals and tea stirrer were missing. I just realized it when it was past 10 pm..how come the room had been booked but the sandals weren't prepared? My roommate was forced to stir coffee with a pen because the stirring spoon wasn't available. The phone in the room didn't work either when we wanted to ask for the missing items.. finally we had to go down to the lobby. At past 11, it seemed like someone knocked on the door to deliver the sandals and spoon, but we were all in the room.. it was only in the morning after I asked the receptionist again that the sandals and cups were given 😕 The room type is very old style.. for cleanliness I give it a score of 3 out of 5. The closet has indeed been cleaned, but the stains from who knows what made me uncomfortable. The hotel towels are dull and dirty..

The front line hotel staff were very unfriendly. The lights and AC in the lobby were off. So it was uncomfortable while waiting for the check-in process. The lights around the pool area were also dark.
