It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Ups sorry forgot to capture the hotel area, but I'll give the honest review. I booked this hotel when closed arrive Semarang. The location was perfect around Gajahmada street, and easy to find. The room I chose is more likely to apartment, and it's clean, have good facilities including mini bar for cooking, living room with sofa and TV, shower with warm water, and toilet that separates with bathroom. I came here just for escaping, and it was nice to stay in this hotel with less than 500k.

There are 4 of us so we are looking for a room that can accommodate us. We searched and found it at the Hotel mg suites Semarang, Maven Suites. The room is spacious, 2 separate rooms, there is a lounge, good cleanliness, comfortable. Suitable for families.

Checking out of the hotel was a bit complicated..when I stayed there. In front of me, there were women who wanted to check out because of the towel problem, I myself had a problem with the purple pillow, I asked back and said it was placed in the main room. I said when I entered there was no pillow like that in the main room. It was finished immediately

We need to go through small street to access the hotel and then go up to 6 floor for the lobby. Staff is friendly, and they have 150rb IDR deposit. Food is OK, nothing special. Room is big, I take the one with 2 beedroom and it is spacious and clean.

The hotel is combined with an apartment and there are other hotels too. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. I chose the Maven type, the room is spacious, there are 2 bedrooms, the room is clean and well-maintained, the water is strong, there is a swimming pool for children and adults. When checking in there is a deposit of 100 thousand, which is returned when checking in. The downside is that you are only given 1 keycard, parking can be done from the 1st to 6th floor but it is not spacious enough, the food is not very varied

When I stayed, I checked in at 2 am because I was traveling from Jakarta. As soon as I entered, the room was full of mosquitoes and not very clean. We were not provided with towels, the next morning I called room service to ask for towels, it took a long time, about 2 hours, to be given, even after calling several times. As soon as it was delivered, the officer who delivered it was very unfriendly, let alone polite, he just handed me a towel and left, not saying anything let alone sorry. I called again to ask why the noise above my room was so disturbing, he just said there was a renovation and left. His answer and attitude were not those of someone who works at a hotel. When I checked out, I informed him about the very noisy sound of the renovation because it started in the morning, making me wake up and very uncomfortable, but strangely the FO officer said he didn't know about the renovation. It was very strange, there was no coordination inside and no manners at all. Oh yes, the security that I met when I arrived, and when we went home. They were very unfriendly at all and didn't want to help. Even though they were faced with a mother and a small child with quite a lot of luggage. They just looked at me, didn't greet me, let alone help, at least helping to open the door was enough.

Comfortable to stay for a family, friendly staff, but a bit long in the check in process still waiting for the room to be cleaned for about 10 minutes (even though I arrived on time for check in) and towels were only delivered at 6 pm. The bathroom area at the reception was dirty, but the rest was clean.

At first I was hesitant to book, because I saw bad reviews. Finally I decided to book and it turned out it wasn't as bad as other guests' reviews. Either I was lucky or the hotel had improved. I stayed in a business suite, the room was big, apartment style. There was a living room, a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, separate wet and dry bathrooms and they were big. If it was just for two people with a small child like me, it would be too big 😁 but if it was a family, it would definitely be really fun. There were two TVs, one in the room and one in the living room. There was also a clothesline. There was a balcony but the balcony couldn't be opened, for safety reasons. View of Semarang city. The breakfast variety was quite complete. Kids friendly too. Thank you MG Suites

I stayed in room 1720, there were crickets starting at 3 am. Even though my room was changed...the hotel still had crickets in the room. The toilet was also not clean. The cups were cracked, the curtains were torn and sewn. I will not stay in this hotel again

Because the mattress was not returned and even though the trash had been put in a plastic bag and placed next to the trash bin, we were fined 110,000. We really had to clean it up, we had already paid. I was not satisfied.
