It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Close to this soto hehe the location is good, it's close to everywhere, it's just that when I wanted to check in, it took a long time, there were also many people queuing, coincidentally the cleanliness is very bad, hopefully it can be maintained better.

Some of the room lights were out, the bolster pillows were musty, the bolster pillow cases were also torn, security was lacking, especially at the swimming pool, there were no guards on duty.

Take the family room (get 3 rooms) because everything is ok. There is only 1 AC remote, for 3 rooms. Hm. The TV can't be turned on. The rest is OK.
