Comfortable, cozy, warm and hospitable hotel staff, affordable price, good food, so many other great reviews about this hotel.. Couldn't think of another hotel to stay in Samarinda..

Most of it is good. I enjoy stay here the food, service, cleanness, the room is nice too its a good vibe and design. One of things that need to explain is how to use the shower its dangerous, you guys as the staff always need to gave customer reminder first because its bit hard to use it first time. Last sadly the check out process really really long. Staff didn't explain well and more and more waiting. I think this might be the first hotel that 's makes. Me waiting so long just for check out. In the end my driver need to wait more long and my schedule got crash too.

Wonderful service! Everybody was nice and smiling all the time. They even helped us to find our son ' s lost toy. Clean room and comfy bed. Varied options for breakfast, the taste are excellent. Well done chef. Overall 4.9/5 stars!
