Order a deluxe room, get an exclusive upgrade, the room is very clean, the view is beautiful, get the 6th floor, there is a cool JBL Horizon2 soundbar, this is for families and young people, yesterday we had a staycation during the Christmas holidays

I've been a regular stayer here, when I go to Ternate, Muara Hotel & Mall is always the place I stay while in Ternate😉 everyone is friendly from the security, receptionist, and maintenance. Overall, the hotel is comfortable😇

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in Ternate while seeing the mount Gamalama from the balcony (I have got upgraded room when I checked in and that's so awesome!). The gym is quite nice too, although it's not complete because it doesn't have any cable machine. My issue is the breakfast variety and quality is below average for the price and the lift door I think needs a reparation because it's opening and closing so slowly.

Please improve the receptionist service to be more communicative to customers and HK (suddenly entering the room without knocking even though there are still people in the room) because you are selling services so please improve the service so that customers do not feel discouraged to come back to stay. The check-in and check-out process is long. Ordering food to the room, almost 1 hour more. Ordering drinks and snacks at the restaurant also took a long time until finally canceled. The AC in the room is hot.

Very disappointed, when we checked in at night and were going to check out tomorrow before dawn, we were asked if we were given take away breakfast, we were told to call the restaurant and after calling the restaurant they answered yes they could at 4.15 and agreed that breakfast was ready. When it was time to check out at 4.30 when we asked the receptionist they answered breakfast at 6. They had already said that the restaurant had promised it could be prepared at 4.15. When the receptionist called the restaurant, I was told to wait 15-20 minutes for the food to be prepared. There was no time, in the end I just went to the airport. I'm fed up with going there again, not recommended for those who want to check out before dawn.
