Not recommended, less than 1 hour after checking in, immediately checked out again, the hotel is under renovation from the entrance to the room, the floor is dusty, got the 3rd floor, many rooms that are open from the 2nd floor are not occupied, the stairs are steep, some of the ceramic floor tiles are still open, the stair handrail is wobbly, privacy is lacking because there are workers working on the stair access and there is no lift

Sorry, we didn't inform you beforehand that our hotel was renovating some of the rooms and stairs to the rooms. The renovations will be finished this week. We are still considering installing the lift because our hotel only has 3 floors. Thank you.

For the needs of staying overnight in transit according to the cost, it is hoped that there will be a lift to accommodate guests who bring their belongings to the 2nd floor and above.

The room is spacious and clean according to the picture shown in the application, the staff is very friendly, there is no water heater in the room but the staff is willing to help deliver hot water for drinking.

Staying on the 3rd floor to get to the room had to go up the stairs, the AC didn't work, the bath towels smelled, the room door couldn't be locked from the outside, some of the room lights were off, the TV channels were blurry, the last option because the hotels in Tarakan were all full.

The hotel staff is very good. Only the hotel is not well maintained, the bed sheets have lots of sewing patches, the bathroom door sounds, the hot water doesn't work, breakfast is not varied, there is no lift let alone getting to the top room and the last thing you get is when you leave the hotel, you are asked to change it on the same day and the same brand. Even though he had asked for relief for several days to be replaced, the hotel owner refused to allow it. The telephone was damaged by algae and asked for the price of a new telephone. Thank you, I hope the hotel continues to sell well 🙏🏻.

Tidak ada lift & harus naik tangga ke lantai 3 😓, makan pagi jam 08.00 WITA sudah habis dan tidak ada penambahan makanan yang sudah habis. Pelayanan tidak memuaskan.
