Fast check in/out process. All staffs kindly & helping. I love the room design, it’s too cute, something fresh & clean, the wall decor show how old Bandung City, historical but eye catching. I’m wondering the water shower more powerful it will be prefect.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Room was very clean and fresh. We've got upgrades to executive floor, thank you Mercure. Hot water was flowing very well even on late night, which was always a problem for some hotels. Location was excellent, food and 24hr apotek in walking distance. We love the service and staffs, polite dan informative. Breakfast was very good! lontong kari was excellent, and indomie choices!! 👍 Keep up the good work Mercure! Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 days. For the price of 1.2 million per night, I think the facilities provided are still lacking 👌 the bathroom is only given 1 toothbrush, for the room the floor is already uneven. For the view, it's okay, one more thing, don't differentiate between services because whether you use a car or motorbike, we still pay the same price. So the staff service must also be good for visitors who use motorbikes, don't just respond to those who use cars quickly. When it's my turn to bring a motorbike, I'll just stare, how can I, a hotel guest, fix the motorbike parking lot 🙏

Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman is a gem that is not hidden. It deserves its 4-star rating because of its impressive room quality. In addition to the rooms, the hotel lobby is also very spacious. Furthermore, the location is also very premium because it is only a short walk, especially in the morning to top breakfast places around Jalan Ciliwung, Cihapit, Riau, and others. However, the parking location needs to be added because when we stayed for 2 nights, we never got a parking space. Fortunately, valet facilities are available and the staff are very responsive in helping. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

I love spending my night here but unfortunately this year feel kinda disappointed for the breakfast, lack of spoon, plates & variety of foods really make me sad, when it's said our breakfast time was 8.30-10.30 why the food is not well prepared & proper :(

I booked the room well in advance to suit my order, 2 Kumar connection door, but what I got were two rooms on different floors, one on the 3rd floor, the other on the 5th floor, when I asked for key access to go to the 3rd floor, that was also a problem, they said it was ready to use but it didn't work.

Assignment in Bandung and this location is close to the assignment building. The location is strategic, close to several cafes. If you don't bring a vehicle, you can use an online motorcycle taxi. So far the service is good.

overall the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu is so much that it's confusing. the pool is clean, the parking lot is also spacious. it's a shame the service is not excellent, please fix it, don't have too many employees gathering in one spot during breakfast time until they look at me

The hotel is nice, but I was annoyed with the repairman next to the room. When he wanted to fix the appliance, my baby was disturbed. They should have checked first whether there were any visitors next to the room. It really woke the baby up every now and then. Another thing is that the AC wouldn't turn on at night, I couldn't rest while waiting for the AC to be fixed.
