Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman

Great location, excellent view from the room window. The bedroom is missing some pillows, and the carpet needs some cleaning attention.

Room ok, food ok, location ok very much, bath towels not very clean

Reception staff and bell boy OK. Parking area OK, coincidentally still can park in front of the lobby.

Room is big and comfortable to stay.

The single bed is spacious, size 120. So it's not cramped sleeping with 2 children aged 8 years and 4 years.

This is my first stay but it's already very impressive.. The hotel is comfortable, nice and very strategic, it's close to everywhere... The service of the staff in various divisions is very good and friendly, our family really enjoyed the holiday at Mercure Nexa Supratman👍 Best recommended hotel in Bandung, Friendly price and we will definitely stay here again, breakfast also has many variations and is really good. The check-in process took more time due to high season (Eid holiday), but overall it was a pleasant stay with my big family there. Keep up the good work.

the hotel location is very strategic, close to the culinary center. besides that the hotel staff is very friendly.. the check in / out process is also fast..

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is nice, I hope I can come back for a staycation here.

1. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The taste of the breakfast dishes was lacking but the paid restaurant food was delicious (according to the price). The room was comfortable but not comfortable for smokers in the room because the hexaust was not strong enough to suck up cigarette smoke. 2. The refrigerator in the room did not work. I tried calling the receptionist to call a technician but it took a long time for them to come. 3. The room was not soundproof so you could hear people knocking in the room upstairs. 4. Only got 1 access card for the room and the elevator. So if you want to go in and out alone you have to ask the staff for access to the elevator

The review for Mercure Nexa Supratman that I read was good, but when I tried to stay at Mercure Nexa on April 4-5, 2025, 2 superior rooms under the name: Widiarahmi Ulupi. There were several things that disappointed me: 1. Only 1 room key was given (even though it was clear that we were a family and usually the hotel would immediately provide double keys for the family) 2. All amenities were prepared one for each including pillows, sleepers 3. On the morning of April 5, 2025, I asked for double keys to the front desk, but the front office staff did not respond in a friendly manner, there was only 1 staff on duty at that time, a woman named Novie. 4. I immediately asked her name, because I did intend to complain to the Mercure Group or through the platform where I booked the hotel. My complaint at that time was conveyed through the Bell Boy, because the place where I stayed previously, namely at Best Western Premier Bandung, the reception staff and others were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Returning to Mercure Nexa Supratman, especially the amenities we get are very limited.

Overall okay, maybe because I didn't request it, I got a super corner room, a bit far from the road and a wall view. 😔 The bathroom floor was very slippery when it got wet, it seemed like when I mopped it, most of the soap was still stuck on the floor, because when I sprayed the faucet, the floor immediately foamed. There was only 1 toothbrush even though the room was for 2 people. The refrigerator smelled a bit. The carpet seemed to need to be washed because it was very dirty. There was no tea stirring spoon and no hand soap.

Disappointing, Not Up to Expectation Stayed at this hotel was very disappointing. The room's AC was very hot even though it was set to the lowest temperature. I also booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as I entered, the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Even in the hallway after exiting the elevator, the smell of cigarettes could still be felt. I had seen previous reviews complaining about the same thing, and the management promised to fix it, but the reality remained the same. In addition, some of the lights in the room did not work, which added to the discomfort. The only positive thing from this experience was the fairly good service of the staff. Unfortunately, with the condition of the room like this, I cannot recommend this hotel.
