The hotel location is quite strategic, only about 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel lobby is quite spacious but looks empty. As for the hotel room, the AC sometimes suddenly becomes warm. The breakfast has a decent variety, but the taste is standard.

The staff are friendly. Starting from getting off the car we were greeted well, the check-in process was fast, the swimming pool was clean, the gym and swimming pool area was comfortable and the gym staff were friendly to serve. Every holiday the children always choose here. Don't want another hotel. If there is a complaint in the room, we respond quickly, don't beat around the bush, and express an apology for the problem with us getting a delicious cake. Thank you novotel. In September, I want to come here again with my extended family.
