The hotel is nice and clean, but unfortunately the toilet door is broken and can't be closed. The room also smells musty and doesn't smell good. But the service is really good and the staff are very friendly.

Room is not good for the price we pay. Other than that all fine. Room was not clean. When I enter trashbin is full of trash and not removed. AC switches not working. Bed / Pillow / cover are very old.

I got the room at the very back and downstairs so I had to go down the stairs to get to the room carrying my suitcase. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room which was quite disturbing to my rest.

Indeed, nothing is perfect. But it is unfortunate if the room window leaks (rainwater seeps into the room). And the bathroom is dirty. Whether it is only in smoking rooms or for all rooms, I don't know. Other things aside, it can still be considered good. Oh yeah. For the elderly who have problems walking on stairs, I suggest not choosing a room with pool access. The elevator access is far away.
