Great weekend escape. I stayed here in imlex day, lucky I had special gift too while check in. Thanks to all hotel staffs who are so friendly, especially ms. ulan who asked me how my staycation experience here so I can inform whats good and what's not. Surprise, there earl grey tea in bedroom, glad cause its always been my favorite. Overall, this hotel has good service. Gotta stay here again for my next staycation.

The airport shuttle service is very helpful, the staff from driver, receptionist, security to housekeeping are very friendly, accommodating and responsive, the food is quite good although the variety is not much but okay. The only thing that is unfortunate is the cleanliness, there is mold in the bathroom especially near the soap pump, the sheets are stained, after being changed on the second day the sheets are also stained and the color is not clean white anymore, the bathroom floor is also stained. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The service was very good, check in was fast, the food at the restaurant was delicious, there was a free airport service with a minimum booking of 1 day in advance, the downside was that during the stay there was still rotting leftover food from the previous guest in the room refrigerator.

For the hotel, the location is strategic. There are only a few obstacles. It was not stated that the bedside lamp should not be removed. Because it was short-circuited. So we charged our cellphones there. Not long after, the electricity meter in the room went down with a little smell of smoke in the room. We immediately called the FO. The fast response was that the officer came straight away. For the rest, everything was okay. Thank you Traveloka. Next time, if you go to Jambi, it can be a recommendation to stay again at Odua Weston.
