It was fun to stay at on the rock. But maybe the receptionist could be given a little BIMTEK because her face was sly, she couldn't smile. When asked, there was no expression.

The location of the hotel is very special with the back of the hotel bordering the beach, only not all rooms face the beach/sea, maybe these rooms are the most favorite. The location of the dining place is also very close, next to the hotel there are 2 favorite dining places for visitors in Kupang City

I chose a family room, because I was with my 3 children aged 15, 10 and 3, but 1 bed was not used because it was stuffy, people screaming on the street could be heard in the room. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this hotel and this is the worst experience, check in okay, when the kids wanted to swim and asked for a towel they only gave me one, they said one room is only allowed, I paid for a family room that allows 3 adults why did I only get 1 towel? We were in a bad mood, anyway, the kids played in the pool for 40 minutes getting wet to the room, ordered chicken porridge at the restaurant, took ages, they were already going to bed before the food arrived. There were no other breakfast variants, hotels like On The Rock used to have more variants and the staff were very indifferent, they were busy gossiping in the morning, there was no impression that they were friendly at all to the kids, no small talk. To the parking lot, the guard didn't care whether the car was going in or out, busy playing with his cellphone under the tree, what is the function of the security or parking attendant? Well, my quality time with my kids is ruined. Sorry for the long story but I'm trying to be honest.

Hotel with beautiful sea view. Clean room without carpet I like. The room is not fragrant but not smelly. But the toilet bidet water is very small. Cold AC. Swimming pool is okay. Strategic location. Food is not varied. Children have a meal fee of 50 thousand, actually paying is not a problem but the food at the hotel is not varied especially for children. The dining area downstairs tends to be dark and stuffy, it is better to eat near the pool but it is more complicated for kids. Sorry the staff at the breakfast restaurant are not friendly, like watching us eating, even though we eat enough and pay extra for children aged 5 years. The cleaning staff who accidentally met in the room hallway are friendlier. Fast check out process. Thank you.

The interior of the room is different from the next room. Breakfast after 9 am, some of the side dishes are finished and no more are added. Damp spots on the ceiling. The rest is okay.

My experience staying with my family was a bit disappointing, the room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row and had to be informed twice before they came to clean it. The hotel itself does not provide irons that can be used by guests, a 4-star hotel but there are no irons. And the hotel hallway is very dirty, the room is noisy with the highway and other guests π.
