Given a room on the 6th floor while the elevator is only up to the 5th floor the room air conditioner isn't cold at all, even though I asked for a room on the lower floor the reason was full. Even though hotel guests are quiet. Service is not satisfactory. Not recommended.

the telephone cannot be used so have to go down to the reception to ask for something there is no room towels are not provided cleanliness is not too clean for the price offered even though 3 stars no shampoo sheets are not clean

The discharge water from the leak is closed, so it flows continuously and the water is very yellow. Everything else is ok.
