I stayed on the 8th floor. My room did not have hot water so it was uncomfortable if I had to take a morning and evening shower. I have reported it to the officer in the lobby but there was no change. There was an incident on October 26, in the morning around 08.50 I reported to the lobby officer that I asked for my room to be cleaned. Then I left the hotel and returned around 13.00. But apparently when I returned, my room had not been cleaned either. Oh yeah. There is one more thing about breakfast. On October 24 morning when I had breakfast I ordered 2 boiled eggs. But what made me nauseous was that the boiled eggs smelled really bad. I almost threw up when I smelled the boiled eggs and I didn't eat them. I reported it to the female officer there. She apologized and said she would replace them immediately. But until I finished breakfast, the officer did not replace my boiled eggs. After that, during my stay here I did not dare to order boiled eggs. My question in my heart was how could a star hotel not be able to serve good boiled eggs.

Everything is good, it's just a shame that the room I booked was changed just because I checked in past 19. In fact, because we were going to check in late, that's why we booked it first, even though it was changed, I still felt less than satisfied.
