This accommodation is perfect for honeymoon or family getaway. You can enjoy a wonderful view of nature. There's 2 swimming pool (adult + kids pool with warm water, so lovely!), some entertainment facilities (gym, play park for kids, mini golf, tennis meja and etc). I just stayed one night with my family. The bedroom are clean and comfy. I requested the baby crib (to be honest, I'm not expected too much but they fulfill it, really appreciate). Special thanks to Mr. Oki front office to gave us beautiful room with balcony. Also thanks to housekeeping team (forget his name, so sorry) who bring the baby crib. All staff really really friendly. Their service is truly amazing. Definitely will be back soon.

one stop short vacay getaway and a nice stay for NYE! it provides myriads spots to explore, was experiencing archery, freecycling around the broad resort, as well as mini golf, table tennis, etc within the hotel. also, great view to witness fireworks sea in the night. the interior was good and already include sofa inside the room. the breakfast was totally all good and satisfying. unluckily, the swimming pool wasn't too wide and consequently limit visitors to swim. other thing, the check-in waiting time quite too long, though the officer told they will notify when there's room available earlier. overall good and considerable for further relatives vacay. thanks!

It was a pleasant well deserved escaping place from the boredom of quarantine. The view is amazing. The weather is cold. The service is good. It also has beautiful scenery and place for a morning stroll. Refreshing.

Really nice ambiance in this hotel, kids friendly, a lot activities for kiddos. Hotel room is spacious but little old. The view is majestic, I choose mountains view, great choice. Staff very friendly very nice and warm, including the security itself. We should appreciate the hotel staff.

First time staying at Pesona Alam Resort n Spa and it was fun. We chose a villa. In the advertisement there were only 2 beds, 1 queen size and 1 single size. Alhamdulillah it turned out that there were 2 single beds, so our children could sleep in their own beds. Snacks and drinks as well as 4 slippers were also free. Although we didn't get breakfast, the motorcycle taxi could reach the villa. The facilities were also very complete in the villa so we could heat up food or cook because there was an electric stove. God willing, next time we will stay at Pesona Alam Resort in the villa again.

the staff is friendly, I brought a motorbike and was allowed to drop off passengers + luggage first in the lobby area before parking + the goods were delivered by the staff to the front of the room, this is something I have never experienced before in other hotels for two-wheeled users, while waiting for check-in you get a welcome drink + you can also get a nice view from the lobby area, for those who want to go on vacation to the Taman Safari area or just for a staycation, this hotel is suitable

The hotel is clean and has many play facilities for families, the breakfast menu is varied but unfortunately the staff did not inform immediately when the room was ready even though it was initially informed that it would be informed via WA but there was no WA at all. ordered 2 rooms, 1 room when I wanted to enter the room, it turned out that the room door was open and the room was still not ready, the mattress felt uncomfortable to use, besides that the toilet in the room was problematic. Hopefully in the future these shortcomings can be given more attention.
