The place is so cozy and extremely comfortable. We had a very great time here. It is clean, the staffs are so friendly. The hotel is also unique and affordable. I would come here if I visited Banjarmasin again!

After I made the payment via the app, I immediately confirmed to the hotel that tomorrow when I checked in I would ask for a room with 1 non-smoking bed. It turned out that the next day when I checked in I was given 2 choices of a room with 2 non-smoking beds or a room with 1 bed but smoking. I think the management was not consistent with the previous confirmation, even though I have often stayed here.

The service at POP Hotel Banjarmasin can be said to be extraordinary! This is because starting from the check-in time can be faster, the friendliness of the staff, you can even request additional pillows without charge. But unfortunately this hotel also has some shortcomings, such as the breakfast variants that are not diverse and also the taste is below hotel standards, besides this hotel also does not have a mini bar, water heater, and refrigerator in the room, so it is not suitable as a staycation option but is suitable for transit trips. Overall for the price range of 300-400 thousand, this hotel is worth it !!

Really friendly staff. Room are pretty tidy but showing up some age here and there. Didn't provide tissue aside from the ones from the bathroom. The pod type bathroom fan makes noisy sounds when it's on. Didn't get the chance to try the breakfast Buffett but seems pretty good. Location near to tourist attractions spot. Not many activities can be done at the hotel but provide decent accomodations albeit pretty pricey for a two star hotel.
