The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!

Good, but sometimes you need to pay more attention to the bed sheets, sis. Sometimes you get ones that are still dirty and the air conditioner sometimes feels less cold. For the rest, it's really good, nothing is lacking. Thank you

The check-in process was smooth, deposit 100 thousand. The AC was cold, the room was cleaned every day and towels were always changed. The facilities are comparable to the price. For security, it is not always there. But quite responsive to help with parking.

Hi sis, try checking room 910. The AC doesn't seem to be cold. Yesterday it was set to 16, the fan was full, and cool mode. But it wasn't cold at all. My husband and son even slept facing the AC because it wasn't cold. Please check room 910 for the AC. Because when staying in a hotel, what you need is a cold AC. Thank you

There was a mistake from the receptionist when giving the room key. The room still had guests, but it was given to me. After I opened it, it turned out there was someone there. Finally moved to another room, which still had trash from the previous guest. The bathroom water was small, the hot water didn't work. Although given a compliment in the form of a cafe voucher. Favorite family staycation, staying here several times was fun and overall good, only this time we found some things that were a bit disappointing, such as the AC was not cold enough, the shower was not proper (broken) and the sheets still smelled of cigarettes (even though we had requested a non-smoking room). It was a bit of a shame because we stayed with small children. In the future, the maintenance of the facilities can be improved for the comfort of all.

It may seem a bit too expensive with the facilities provided. Especially the bathroom that leaks even though it's closed, it's still the same as a flood victim. For towels, usually every hotel is provided with 2 towels. Only here there is only 1 and even sadder is that the towel was thought to be a doormat by the hotel staff even though there was no doormat at allš„¹.
