Old building hotel but still well maintained. Very strategic location, city center, close to culinary places and souvenir centers/places. For breakfast is quite good for breakfast. Only in the room sometimes noisy sounds are heard and sorry the bathroom is a bit smelly and the hot water does not work. Suggestion for the towels to be replaced because they are thin and the color is no longer white. Thank you.

Not worth it for the price
Atmosphere/Facilities: no heater, bathroom lights off
Food: lacking flavor, requested omelettes at 8, they said they were out of stock
Staff Assistance: helpless, security guards were not very friendly, no help with parking, just a show
Price: too pricey, not worth the facilities
Location: this is the only advantage, strategic location, easy access to everywhere
But I'll never come back to this hotel.

My little comment for this hotel is indeed this hotel looks classic from the front and attractive if you know when I arrived in Banda Aceh the receptionist was really rude, for the management please pay more attention to the staff. The room is clean but unfortunately there are stains on the blanket and there is lipstick that may have been used by the previous guest. Maybe for the area sector it is very close to culinary tourism and the room air conditioner is not cold enough even though the room air conditioner is big. For a rest for transit overall this can still be considered for a place to stay

When the female receptionist was rude, not smiling enough. The room was destroyed, the towels were dirty and torn, there were lots of mosquitoes, the sink was leaking, I asked for it to be fixed but was told to do it tomorrow morning.

The receptionist staff is very friendly, but the housekeeping staff just opens the door, does not knock first when checking out, please follow up on this. For the room, the facilities are okay, but the lighting is very lacking, and the soap given is very little, the housekeeping staff said it was enough for a day π

The front and lobby look nice. But when I entered the room, it felt real horror. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take photos at that time. I feel anxious when I want to sleep. As a result, I can only sleep at 5 in the morning π

My wife had a mystical experience (when she was disturbed while sleeping, she started pulling the blanket and slapping her face, coincidentally my wife is sensitive to supernatural beings). This incident happened from 9pm to 12pm in room 308 and I also experienced it when I was about to go in. I went to the room in the hallway near the lift on the 3rd floor after buying food at around 12 at night when I whistled from behind and looked back, no one was there and no one opened the door. Oh, it's scary, this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and I've had a mystical experience. And then the light continued to flicker on its own, so it wasn't good. I just turned it off because it hurt my eyes, so in the morning I tried turning it on again and it was normal. Even though the lights are normal, they have to keep flashing and then turn them on again.
