The hotel was very good. The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable it just the hot water was't hot enough and we need to wait for a while before it start getting warm. Its also quite far from a convenience store/any mart.

This is one of the best of three stars hotels I ever had. The breakfeast was great, tasted amazing. My room was spacious and clean, and although my room was the cheapest one but still have balcony. The pool was green and small but I didn't try it. There was no gym, sadly. But overall I am satisfied with the room, and their excellent service. Nice one!

The hotel is located in the city of Denpasar, the room is spacious with clean shower room. The pool is good for children. We love the purplish hotel color. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants around and convenience to get. The poor thing is just they often have group guests and when they're noisy, the wall and area can't help to calm/soundproof their voices.

. I stayed for 6 nights. Here is my opinion about Quest Hotel Denpasar. (+) The location is very strategic. To the Housekeeping Team: I give five thumbs up! Excellent service! Keep it up! (-) The lobby is so hot. When we checked in, Reception gave us room 138. It looked so bad; The carpet was very dirty, and the toilet was also in poor condition. The most important issue was that the AC was not cool. I called engineering to check it, but it remained the same. So, I told reception to give me another room. Then I got another room, 140. It was better than 138, even though I was already tired of moving my things. The breakfast menu is not recommended. The menu was the same each day, especially the bakery items. This is just my opinion. Thank you.

Initially, I love the hotel ground, the room, the location, especially the staff are lovely people, however, somehow the cell phone and internet reception are very bad inside the room. The hotel wifi sucks too. So, if you're on business trip and might do some works from your room, it will get very frustrating. I had to sit at the lobby to get some works done.
