We arrived quite late at this hotel in the rain, when we arrived at the lobby there was no hotel staff on standby to help unload our suitcases (we had to look for/ask at the reception) + when the car was parked (the security helped to give a signal) after parking it was immediately left, even though it was raining, so we had to run a bit in the rain to the lobby. The check-in process was no problem, once we entered the room = really top super spacious and very comfortable (the AC was cold to the point of shivering). For cleanliness, comfort, facilities are very good, because the location is in the middle of Denpasar city, we have no complaints at all. The only drawback is the parking area (all outdoor = so the car gets hot and wet) and it is not too spacious. (just found out that there is another parking area at the back specifically for buses/large vehicles, but the access is not good). The rest is perfect.

Booked a superior pool room, got a twin. If you want a double bed, you have to upgrade, we found out after we arrived even though we had booked it a week before :( we were offered a room change for the next day with a double bed, in the evening I got a call and was told to upgrade again. Stayed 3 rooms for 3 nights here, the AC in all 3 rooms was not cold. Even though I complained, it was still not cold, in fact, in room 536 the AC was leaking. The carpet on the room floor was dirty, there was no doormat, no hand towel. For breakfast, it was quite good for that price.
