I have travelled 26 Countries and this has been one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in for an overall experience. The facilities are amazing, the Manager - Said made me feel extremely welcome and at home and the Executive Chef - Wawan Gunawan’s food was excellent, I looked forward to breakfast every morning!! This Hotel offers a lot for the price and really made my stay in Batam one I will remember!! I will definitely be back.

For all the food is delicious, but unfortunately the room is not comfortable. There is a leak from the bathroom ceiling and the bedroom looks gloomy, the condition seems to be newly renovated but not neat (room 318)

It's quite a good experience staying here. The check in & check out process is easy, the hotel is clean, the service is friendly. At night it's a bit scary, maybe because the hotel is old. Overall, I like it and it can be an option to stay in the future.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel, that's why rating all bad…. I was told no room for me when I arrived to check in even though I have already paid through app. Hopefully this will never happen to other guests from now on. Thank you

If the rooms offered are non-smoking, it should be informed. Don't let customers book smoking rooms through Traveloka. Suddenly when checking in, they are told that all the rooms are non-smoking.

The room was not clean, there were 2 cockroaches in the toilet, the hotel needs more maintenance and the cleaning service needs to be improved. Asked to change rooms but it was also not clean and smelled of cigarettes.

Towels for swimming were not provided, making us who stayed there bring towels from the room and when we took a shower in the room we were all wet and there was no change of towels.
