We stayed here for 4 nights. The internet is fast, good for work such as zoom meetings. Breakfast also changes menu every day. Quiet atmosphere. Hot water from the shower is strong. Very satisfying. If there is a drawback, at least there is a refrigerator in the room to store cold drinks. The AC is no longer cold, maybe the freon needs to be replaced. There are not many TV channels but you can watch from your laptop using fast internet.

Old model hotel, friendly service, cold AC, only the toilet water was disturbed in the middle of the night for around 2 hours, the staff didn't have a phone call.

The hotel is an old hotel, there is no elevator and it looks scary. Dull room. The hospitality reception is lacking. Not very credible with a room price of five hundred thousand.

Check in and check out was fast, wifi was slow, the air conditioner was not too cold, the room was quite big and there was a balcon, I ordered a standard room, the room was quite large but the toilet was cramped, the room provided hotel slippers and 2 bottles of mineral water. The location of the hotel is strategic close to the airport and the position of the hotel in the city center and with the crowds. The standard room costs 344 thousand, including the breakfast buffet, the breakfast is delicious. And at the hotel there is a hangout, the price is quite expensive but the taste is good. There was an experience that was not satisfied when I stayed at the Samawa hotel in transit, in the room there were small insects and the wardrobe was dusty.

The hotel location is in the middle of the city and close to the airport, the rooms are clean and there is a lobby at the back to relax. The coffee shop is also representative for coffee fans. In the future it will be better if the room provides a water heater and a mini fridge.

It used to be the only best hotel in Big Sumbawa. I have stayed before around 2016. Now the hotel is still authentic with a typical Sumbawa but it feels like an old hotel, the rooms are a lot of mosquitoes. Dirty toilets and hotel breakfast less okay. I stayed 3 nights here, out of 3 consecutive days the breakfast was disappointing. I even asked for omelette or fried egg to say the egg was gone but when I ordered it from the fried rice room service (the egg was given fried). Need to be really serious if you want to compete with the hotel next door (new hotel).

One of the best hotels in the big Sumbawa city, the yard is wide and shady. the suite rooms are relatively affordable, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and quite well equipped. Unfortunately at the end of December and maybe for the next few months there will be room improvements. So it will be a little noisy and dusty.
