•stayed here because of seminar activities,•the activity area felt hot and stuffy throughout the hotel area, especially the room balcony,•the smoking room in the ballroom was also made improperly with an exhaust that did not function properly, resulting in it being like a sauna. The only comfortable and fresh area is in the lobby outside the hotel,•limited parking, when full, directed to an empty lot 100m from the hotel and walking there will get wet from the rain.•checked in to the hotel and could only enter the room at 14.40 because the room was not ready yet.•the hotel elevator was always full and slow.•the only reason to stay here was because of the location of the activity at this hotel, for repeating staying here with family it seems unlikely

Hotel staff from parking to restaurant-all are very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. There are several elevators so you don't have to walk far and wait. Only the sound of music and it seems like there is a repair in certain parts, the sound enters the room not to the point of disturbing but it is audible. Overall it was a very pleasant stay at Savana. Thank you 🙏🏻.

A very representative hotel in the center of Malang city. Our family took 3 rooms, some were connected and we were well served and very satisfied staying here. The room size is spacious. The basement parking area fits many cars. It is close to famous Malang culinary. Easy access to everywhere. The breakfast has many variations and is also delicious (keep it up). Check out and get souvenirs. I will go there again next time.

Stayed for 3 nights during a long weekend, got the best deal price, the room was spacious and clean, there was a balcony and refrigerator, complete bathroom facilities, got free drinks other than water, the housekeeping was very caring in cleaning the room, everything was the best 👍 will come back to this hotel again.
