the hotel staff is very friendly. helpful when checking in and checking out. the room is very clean and comfortable, all the facilities are good, the breakfast is also quite good. close to the airport. the environment is still natural scenery there are stretches of rice fields. wanted to add one night to stay, unfortunately had to go home because there was work. next time if I go to Yogyakarta again I will definitely stay here.

The staff are friendly But for the food at breakfast, the variety and taste are still very lacking. The cleanliness of the room is also still very far from the standard of a 4-star hotel Because under the sofa, near the carpet and under the bed are full of dust and there are still remnants of candy / food wrappers from previous guests. Hopefully in the future CS staff can be added, so that the room is cleaner.

The airport drop-off time has been given and scheduled but the service provider did not come or there was no shuttle service to the airport. If there is no airport drop-off service, why advertise free airport drop-off from the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff and tasty food with a lot of variety for breakfast buffet. Room is large, new and the entire hotel is very clean. The only drawback is too far from the city. It is very close to the airport though. Good for a layover stay.
