All the hotel employees are kind and friendly in my opinion, it's just that when I was getting GoFood in the basement and then I asked to open the access, the employee's face was a bit grumpy, maybe he was sleepy because it was already midnight. It would have been better to ask for a deposit from the start so as not to bother the employees like this. After all, visitors don't mind being asked for a deposit to add a card. The employees also took a long time when asked for tissues (room tissues were empty). I had to call twice to explain "when will this be delivered? I have something to go out". How come it has to be emphasized like that before it can come quickly. For breakfast, the menu is delicious, I like it. I initially asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room only. But what I found strange was that the kitchen charged 105k per portion if it was delivered. Honestly, I was shocked because I also took a room rate that included breakfast, and during my stays in several hotels, no hotel has ever charged if guests ask for food to be delivered to the room. Finally, I was forced to go to the restaurant. For spacious parking, but for maneuvering a 7-seater vehicle is a bit difficult because the distance between the foundations is too close. Old room atmosphere. Minimal lighting. Only 1 sandal is available even though 2 people are staying. The bed also makes noise when the body moves. The pool water is a bit murky And what's even more unfortunate is when entering the hotel, the hotel lobby smells of cigarettes. It's really not good for babies or children, or even for us adults. I don't understand whether this is a smoking area lobby or not, but we who bring children are very disturbed. Because outside the lobby it smells of cigarettes, inside the lobby it smells of cigarettes.

This is my first time staying at Swiss Belhotel Borneo Samarinda and it's that comfortable! Although the furniture looks really old, it's still comfortable and nice, the view is also good, the service is also good because I just arrived and got a welcome drink, overall the breakfast was delicious! 💥.

I absolutely loved my stay here. However, there are some highlights throughout my stay; When I arrived at the lobby, I have to lift my suitcase by myself while I took two kids with me. So, I was kind of struggling to step my self and suitcase through the lobby. But no one stand by to help. The check in experience was smooth. The room was spacious and comfy but the pillowcase appeared to be wrinkled. Clean bathroom, aircon & fridge was work perfectly. I noticed that the play room had been changed to a meeting room, I hope that would be nice if the hotel provided kids club in the future. Breakfast was so good, the restaurant staff was friendly. There ' s no issue here. But overall, I really like the vibe here. Definitely would come back. See you around!

The hotel staff is friendly, I was served by Mas Gio or Dio at check-in and check-out. Then the room boy who delivered the food to the room was also friendly and polite, the food was delicious, rich in flavor, and the portions were also large. For the price, it's quite affordable. During breakfast, after finishing eating, there was a staff who came over to ask for criticism and suggestions and if possible help to make a review on Google. I was a bit surprised why I was approached, but it's okay. Oh yeah, the overall room is good, just enter for room 701 Swiss Belhotel Smd, the sink needs to be fixed. The drain is a bit clogged. It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. The location is really in the middle of the city and in the middle of many entertainment venues and malls. The facilities in the hotel are quite adequate, there is a swimming pool available for children and adults, besides that there is a children's playground and a fitness center. Complete. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms are also clean. Had a chance to try the breakfast, it was varied and there were quite a lot of types of food and drinks.
