The main plus point of this hotel is direct access to CSB Mall Cirebon, suitable for family vacations. The hotel is in the middle of Cirebon City, access to Cirebon Station and Cirebon Prujakan Station is also close.

We went downstairs to have breakfast at the injury time (30 min before the breakfast period is over), but everything still quite nice. What impressed me was, the staffs asked us first if we still would want to have more food before they clean up everything. Not many hotel give this great service.

overall ok. just a shame when we finished breakfast we saw the door was unlocked and the door was open and the condition of the room was neat and good. but the officer was very careless the door was not closed properly and was not locked fortunately our things were still intact because in the room there was a laptop 3 units of cellphones and a wallet. it would be better if there was a spv who checked the work of his subordinates or a good SOP feared that in the future there would be the same incident again. please evaluate the officers who work.

Strategic location, very responsive security and valet team to assist us when we arrived. Fast check in. We got clean rooms, great choice of breakfast. The only downside was our luggage wasn't delivered to our rooms, after waiting for a couple hours we decided to just go downstairs and pick up our luggage by ourselves on the luggage cart at the lobby. Probably they were short staffed due to the long weekend holiday.
