Because the non-smoking rooms were sold out. I was forced to be directed and get a smoking room. The air circulation in the room was very bad, even though there were no smokers in the room, but the air quality in the room was very bad for health, where it smelled of cigarette smoke and was stuffy to the point of not being able to sleep, even though the air was blown and given air freshener. The hotel is located in a strategic hotel area on the edge of Kendari Bay. The service is very satisfying, but the rooms seem old-fashioned. The food is standard, there are potatoes but no sausages, the sweet and sour sauce is too thin, but the soto is delicious. The herbal medicine is like using instant drinks.

The hotel's comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms make this hotel a choice, but there are just a few suggestions that are good for improvement, especially to create a Moment of Truth. The first greeting from security guarding the front entrance, in fact the best greeting I got from a maintenance friend was just funny. Haha. As well as the check-in process which in my opinion took a bit of time even though I checked in at 15.00 WITA. Hopefully in the future it can be even better, for others it is good

The staff is very friendly and really pays attention to guests, when I stayed I wanted to book a non-smoking room but shortly before checking in the room was not available, only smoking rooms were available so I planned to upgrade the room but suddenly I was informed that a room was available according to my request. I really appreciate the staff who were very helpful in finding a smoking room without me needing to upgrade the room. Thank you Swiss bell. Warm greetings from us.
