Swissbell Luwuk Hotel, the view and comfort are quite good but it is very unfortunate for the friendliness of the service to the guests, especially in the food service is very-very unfriendly seems intimidating and uses a tone and language that is not polite when we order food. Please pay attention again to the recruitment of staff/employees.

Stayed on July 13, the bed smelled of urine. I contacted the receptionist but there was no follow-up. It's a shame that I had to sleep covered in a mattress that had the urine of previous guests. Very unpleasant experience.
