Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

Get upgraded to Deluxe room which is very spacious and nice. The room is clean and comfortable. There are variety of breakfast menu and taste good. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. Easy to find restaurants with good food, exit the back door and find Jalan Selat Panjang. Will come back again.

All ok, parking is a bit limited, but don't worry, their parking management team takes over everything, but. There must still be cooperation, because they have many guests, follow the instructions and directions of the parking team (team means more than one person) if you go to Medan, don't forget to go to Pangururan. Overall a good stay at a rather modern hotel. 3 star hotel but probably could be 4. Family suite was really huge and the breakfast had one of the best spreads we had. However, beautiful on the surface there were issues on a closer look. There was a smell in the room, especially the bathroom. The suite was not very well cleaned - dressing table still had fake lashes from the previous guest. Jacuzzi could not work the water was yellowish and with a smell.

I was given room 301, very noisy with the sound of machines in the room, I asked to change, the front office staff did not send a key for a replacement room, I was told to go down to the fo. I went to the fo, it turned out that the replacement room was not available, I was told to wait while the person in question talked about me with the staff who would change my room. Honestly, it is very unethical, and this is the first bad experience in a hotel like Swiss Bell.

The stay was good, reasonable price. For the breakfast itself it can be varies, different each day. But somehow not all unit have the access to natural light.
