It was not clean, humid and creepy, the lift was broken, my room was not ready when they gave me the key, the gym was broken... it was really unworthy for that price

The hotel was very good and the staff are very responsive. It's a bit pricey for that level in Pangkalan Bun.

room, hospitality is good. But kinds of food & taste at breakfast is not so good for 3-4 stars hotel. Comparing my stay at this hotel last year, I think they are downing their grade.

The smell of amosphire was bad look like low maintenance, and additional cost for shuttle transport to the airport still needed from hotel management.
