The room's AC was not cold. Moved to the next room, it was also not cold. The refrigerator was also not cold in both rooms. The hot water was not hot enough.

Often stay at Sylvia Premier, everything is good, very good quality, but this time I got a room on the 4th floor No. 474 which was very bad, there were 2 flies in the room, then in the bathroom like mites/lice came out from between the cracks in the wall 4, then when I was sleeping there was 1 mosquito. Hopefully the hotel can pay more attention to the room I mentioned. Thank you.

The staff is rude and speaks rudely as if they have never been educated to be hotel employees. Did they hire high school graduates? It was clear that the booking was at 2:00 p.m., when they arrived they were told to wait 30 minutes for the room to be prepared. What were they doing before that? Were there no staff or were the staff unemployed? I'm sorry I chose to stay here.

There was an increase in the price of breakfast of 100 thousand/child sharing a room with 2 adults, previously we didn't pay, then we paid 50 thousand after two weeks, it went up to 100 thousand but was charged after eating 🙈 by the restaurant employee, even though we were used to staying there, these things should have been stated during the reservation so that customers wouldn't be surprised 🤔.
