It was a pleasant stay for sure! My fam and I got my room upgraded for free: 3 nice place, good hospitality, totally satisfied! The only thing I find lacking on this hotel is the fishy glassware during the breakfast and the noise from the street:")

The room is clean and enough space to three person. I like the meal for breakfast. So many choices even there are several flavors of ice cream. The valet is very helpful because there is not enough parking space. One thing to make it better, you can put extra water dispenser. So not too far from the guest rooms.

For price I pay for room I get big different. Look like monkey House not hotel. I ask them to change room they say no have I'm sure full empty room. Hotel close lobby door after 9 pm you must walk to parking go up.

I booked a family duplex with an upper and lower floor. The room was unique and nice, most importantly it was very clean and comfortable. The staff and security were very friendly and even offered to wash the car or not. In my opinion, breakfast was ordinary because it lacked variety, only the soto bandung was really delicious! But there were quite a lot of side dishes. Breakfast was divided into 2 choices of hours so that it didn't pile up. But the hours were really limited, like rushing to eat.

The hotel crews staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean and safe. They are honest, especially the room boy who cleaned room 5048 on January 2, 25. Appreciated 2 thumbs up. Management needs to give special treatment.

My experience: Positive: The breakfast menu is delicious and varies every day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean, fragrant and provides drinks and snacks. Ojol point to accept online orders. The location is very strategic. Negative: There is a gap in the bathroom door (shower) in the triple room. So that a lot of bath water comes out of the shower. The sink / sink in the triple room is a bit clogged (not smooth) Some of the breakfast menus have run out (I had breakfast for the second wave) The gym is too small. So it is not comfortable to use for more than 3 people. No towels are provided in the gym. Check in 4:30pm the room is not ready. The wifi internet is unstable. The TV cannot be used because it requires the internet.

This is my first time trying the duplex at 101 Dago. Worth every penny for travelers with kids! The staff is super friendly, especially to the kids (a big plus point for me), the bathroom is always cleaned, the access is strategic, and the breakfast menu is quite varied (if you want to compare it with the same class, guys :)). The pool is not big enough, but since we were outside the hotel a lot, it didn't matter. Am a happy guest and will be back for sure! Cheers!
