Easy check in process. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast menu are mostly locals & Indonesian which is nice. Located in a decent neighborhood; many restaurants, cafes, & convenient stores nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

We had so much fun and leisure during our stay at this hotel. The services were superb from the welcome receptionist until the kindest cleaning service. I think this is the best hotel in Palembang based on my experienced. The breakfast was so tasty and of many variations. You could have a relaxing swimming pool and the room is just perfect for the size and also very clean too. We will come back for sure; keep up the good work, 101 Palembang.

I really like this hotel. I stayed there because of my husband's birthday. I wanted to make an event but it turned out that I had to make a reservation first, but it turned out that if someone had a birthday, it would be celebrated by the restaurant staff. And one more thing, my bracelet fell. I realized it was missing when I got home. When I got back, thank God the staff who found it were honest and returned my bracelet. Overall, this hotel is the best, recommended.

the hotel is good.. strategic location lots of places to eat..
I was just unlucky.. the room cleanliness was lacking the glass table next to the bed was dusty + the floor had lots of small sand.. the bathroom had lots of small cockroaches..
the room was also not soundproof.. I could hear the sound of children running/jumping in the middle of the night at 11.. I don't know from which room..
I took a family breakfast type room for 3 pax...
I was 5 with children.. 3 people had breakfast.. because my 2 children asked to eat outside.. I took 3 plates of fried rice + chicken, 1 milk, 3 juices, 2 water..
when my child tasted the food, he only took 2 bites, he was approached by the restaurant staff.. he explained to pay because it was all you can eat.... yes I have paid.. added 1 pax 75 thousand.. but I don't take food anymore.. my child also only eats 2 bites.. because my child wants to eat outside.. the money is not a problem.. in other places it's not that bad..
hopefully they will be better and wiser..

Hotel 101 is good, but unfortunately when we went swimming yesterday there was already a rule to wear a swimsuit, whereas previously there wasn't, so we had to pay again. That's all
