Easy check in process. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast menu are mostly locals & Indonesian which is nice. Located in a decent neighborhood; many restaurants, cafes, & convenient stores nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

We had so much fun and leisure during our stay at this hotel. The services were superb from the welcome receptionist until the kindest cleaning service. I think this is the best hotel in Palembang based on my experienced. The breakfast was so tasty and of many variations. You could have a relaxing swimming pool and the room is just perfect for the size and also very clean too. We will come back for sure; keep up the good work, 101 Palembang.

I think the facilities and rooms are quite good for the price because it is still a relatively new hotel. However, the view from the room to the swimming pool, the swimming pool water is quite murky. The shower in the room is also only a shower mode where the water flow is often blocked so it is quite difficult to bathe small children.
