The hotel is perfect for a getaway with your spouse. It is a peaceful neighborhood but you can find food easily. The beach is within walking distance, and it is near to the vibrant Seminyak. We had a wonderful time here.

Tried staying here, the FO staff during the check-in process was a bit overwhelmed, waiting for more than 15 minutes for the room to be ready. Maybe because I have an ID card and am Balinese, I didn't get a snack compliment, only guests from outside Bali that I noticed. Next time, maybe the FO team should pay more attention to their performance. Overall, everything is good.

From the front up to the lobby there is no escalator/lift, no staff to help, suitcases must be lifted by yourself even though the stairs are quite high. Wifi is very slow. Ordered a large bed, given 2 twinbeds made into one. The bathroom is sticky and slippery. The toilet is dirty brown (stained). The inside of the water heater is crusty.

very dirty room, very smelly, wonder why a hotel like this can be 4 stars. only checked in 15 minutes straight to check out, losing 2 nights is not a problem rather than getting dizzy smelling the fragrant aroma of stella in the AC. the staff is friendly there is no problem with the staff, it's just that the hotel is no longer suitable.

I've stayed here twice, asked for early and late check in and they gave me. For this price, it's really good, and it's close to everywhere. Yesterday, I stayed for 5 days straight because I was too lazy to move anywhere 😂 Overall, it's comfortable, thank you alea 🫶🏻

Disappointing Experience at My Favorite Hotel for Our Honeymoon This hotel used to be my favorite place. Its strategic location, affordable price, and friendly service made me come back multiple times. The rooms were always tidy and clean, with direct access to the pool adding to our comfort. These wonderful memories from the past made me very confident in recommending this place to my partner for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the reality now is far from what we expected. The room we received this time was truly disappointing. It smelled of damp and mold, and the lights were dim, with some not working at all, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The bed even had stains, the table was dusty, the soap and shampoo dispensers were hard to press, and the toilet was filthy. Cleanliness felt neglected, with moldy corners and small bugs like mites. Even the bottled drinking water hadn’t been replaced from the previous guest, and the elevator, which should have made things easier, was out of order. The only good thing left is the strategic location and the staff, who tried to assist us when we expressed our dissatisfaction. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope the hotel can make significant improvements and clean every room thoroughly. I hope they consider renovating to restore the standards they once had. Unfortunately, for now, I will not return or recommend this hotel until there is a significant renovation.

Just once, the room was not maintained, the blanket was damp, the room smelled damp, like a hotel that had not been used for a long time, to the point where I couldn't sleep because I wanted to check out quickly :(.

The hotel looks old, it seems there are not many hotel staff. The person guarding the vehicle parking lot also doesn't know who the person is. For the atmosphere, it's calm, comfortable. Suggestion for the television broadcasts to be updated to local channels.
