we booked 3 pool view rooms, but when we checked in, they upgrade the room into suite type (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), in which we did not expect that. especially on new year eve. the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillow were comfortable we hardly woke up. just wanna lay there all day long. the only "minus" part was we need to ask for bath towel since it was not available in the bathroom. the breakfast food was limited to 2 set menu. the taste: "American" breakfast was good but the Indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng) was already cold. overall, we enjoyed staying there.

3 memorable nights at The Haven Seminyak. Hotel is located in Seminyak road and we could find lots of interesting shops, resto and cafes along the road for hang out. We were allowed for 1 hour earlier check in. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is delicious with many kind of menus. Hotel staffs are friendly, they always greeted us to check if everything ok for us, great service. In Saturday night they had a kind of traditional dance performance near the swimming pool, free snacks and drinks and we got free dinner at the Sabeen restaurant as doorprize. Will come and stay again at The Haven Seminyak.

The strategic location of the hotel is in the city center and the crowd, even though it is in the city center but this hotel feels comfortable and not noisy at all ... friendly hotel staff, spacious hotel rooms and because we chose the swimming pool view, the atmosphere felt shady and beautiful. The bathroom equipment is also sensational. The hotel apparently noticed the message I wrote to help provide surprise decorations for the wedding anniversary. Thank you the Haven team.. Recommend

We got a room on the 3rd floor. Every time you enter the room, the bed and sheets always felt damp even though we had the curtains open and it was hot all day. The sheets still had stains on them so even though they were changed, it still didn't feel clean. The amenities were never refilled until we had to ask.

Easily become my favorite hotel in Bali! 4 stars feel like 5 stars. So happy to be here, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the ambience of the hotel is very homely even though it is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but as soon as you enter the hotel the vibe is immediately cool and calm. Blissful. I will defn come back. Maybe next time take the private villa with family

Amazing, from. The outside looks small, but inside the hotel is very long. Strategic location if you want to shop and Seminyak beach is very close, we are. Stayed in a suite room, the room was very comfortable, spacious, big and pleasant, the service was also ok. Good job.

I booked this hotel for my nephew & he told me that he really enjoy staying at the hotel. Sadly he can't extend his stay at the hotel due to the full occupancy.
