The air conditioning did not work (it was hot), so we requested a new room from management. Additionally, the phone and bidet in our room were not functioning. Although they moved us to a room upstairs, they did not offer to help us move or apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the new room used the same AC compressor unit, so we were essentially moved from one room without AC to another. On the last day of our stay, the AC wouldn't turn on at all because they were fixing it without informing us. We were also locked out of our room twice. The room was not soundproof, making it difficult to have a quiet, restful night. This is not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet. I would rate this hotel 3 stars at best, instead of the claimed 4 stars.

Run away. Too noise because of near the club misic. And also the attitude of staff is mess.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower was not easy to adjust. The pool is nice, not so crowded. We appreciated also the connecting rooms with the kids. And then the hotel spa, we really loved the massages!

The rooms and toilets are clean, comfortable, the service is satisfactory, the room facilities are quite complete, it is quite difficult to find a hotel with cleanliness like this now for a very cheap price, strategic location there is a Starbucks under the hotel, the hotel location is very strategic to the airport 10 minutes, just located at Legian and tend to be jammed every afternoon/evening want to go back to the hotel by car, very satisfied staying here and it is one of the hotel choices because the cleanliness, starting from the bed covers, towels etc. Everything is perfect, the floors are all properly mopped so the room is fragrant and clean every day.
