Want to swim, there are no towels in the swimming pool. The staff is also not there to ask. The room has a gloomy vibe. The staff at the deck restaurant is not very friendly. Impatient and their gazes are not friendly. Especially the girls.

I arrived at 3 pm but still couldn't check in, the room wasn't ready until 1 hour later. After my husband got a bit annoyed, I was given an upgrade to a superior room. Breakfast was also not very varied, the taste of the food was still lacking.

Never been able to move to another place, this place is the most amazing in the Legian area, the location is right in the middle, there is Starbucks, there is a cafe to hang out, basically complete, complete breakfast, extraordinary security, always checking people who are going in and out of the parking lot, feels very comfortable because vehicles coming in and out are always monitored, the room is great, the roomboy is extraordinary, it is cleaned every day.

The hotel is strategic, close to everywhere, for the deluxe it is very comfortable and the view is to the swimming pool, the swimming pool is also comfortable for us to swim and the kids. The rooms are also quite comfortable, clean, and not noisy. The staff are also friendly. Very worth it for that price.
