Our first experience in Aceh (because we wanted to watch the children's match who were participating in the PON) staying here was beyond expectations because it turned out that the room we got did not match the price of the room, the interior looked like there had been no visitors for a long time, the bathroom & its equipment were far from luxurious (not appropriate) I don't know if it was because we were taking advantage of the PON event, the price of the room was unreasonable, very disappointing.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, but when I went there a lot of the food was starting to run out, even though it was refilled again but when I looked at it at the beginning it wasn't quite right because it was starting to run out, the cleanliness of the food equipment was lacking, because there were glasses that still had used glue on them. Prices, there are Sticky lipstick stains, and a bit dusty, if you taste and menu variants it's not bad.

The hotel staff is on standby 24 hours. The bathroom water was spilled, it was immediately handled within 1/2 hour and everything was ready. Excellent. The hotel staff are all very friendly. Great service. Complete facilities.

The hotel staff was very friendly at check-in, and were willing to help carry guests' belongings to the hotel room. Even though the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, this hotel is very comfortable in terms of silence and friendly for family holidays.

The place is really beautiful, surrounded by paddy field. Nice eatery just right across the road from the hotel which has all sort of food, local, western. Staff is just OK and the furniture is a bit rusty.

Usually when we stay here, all the service is okay (I've been here more than 10 times) but yesterday it seemed like the receptionist was having PMS 😂 (songong) Mentang Mentang we brought a lot of plastic bags (filled with children's snacks and so on) because we left our tote bags but we looked down on them. Miss's bitchy face haha, and in the end my husband said it was the last time he would stay here, because 1 employee did not work according to the SOP so the name of the hotel was left, the receptionist was really rude to a woman!
