The stay at The Residence was extremely pleasant! all the staffs were very helpful and friendly, and it was convenient getting around. Buggy service or complimentary bicycles were provided so transport within was a breeze. Food at Rica Rica and The Dining Room were great too. It was a really enjoyable getaway.

A very pleasant vacation at the Residence Bintan. A natural resort with a beautiful natural atmosphere. The service is very good and the employees are very friendly recommended for family holidays and also very suitable for newly married couples (hanymoon).

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms were clean and nice, the atmosphere of the room was soothing and the gardens were beautiful. The service here is also very friendly, I highly recommend staying here.
